Resource Base Teacher

St. Paul’s are thrilled to be opening a brand-new, 10 place, Complex Needs (with Communication and Interaction) Resource Base provision at our school in September 2024. This will expand to a two room, 20 place base in September 2025.

We are seeking a passionate teacher, to work alongside our SENCO, to grow the Resource Base provision during the implementation phase of our journey. This is an exciting opportunity to take a proactive role in shaping the education of the children in our Resource base.

At St. Paul’s, we believe strongly in understanding and valuing the unique strengths of every person who walks through our doors. As a Thrive school, we believe in taking a sensitive approach to meeting the social and emotional needs of the young people in our care. This fits in perfectly with our child-centred approach and highly inclusive practices.  We believe in the power of learning outside of the classroom and the value of playtimes. We are proud of our Platinum OPAL award and have a dedicated Forest School area and practitioner.
