Friends of St Pauls (FOSP)

FOSP – Friends of St. Paul’s – work closely with the school to organise events and raise money for enriching experiences or special resources. We like all parents to think of themselves as a FOSP member – either by attending events or helping organise and run activities. FOSP rely on volunteers to share ideas and help out whenever possible. FOSP activities can include school discos, Bingo or Quiz nights for adults, Easter Egg Hunts and the Christmas and Summer Fetes.

School equipment purchased by FOSP donations in recent years include outdoor play equipment, staging and lighting, outdoor classroom and a host of other smaller, but equally necessary items for the classroom.

In 2015, a major project was to raise funds to contribute towards a whole school trip to London.  Each child was able to walk down Whitehall, see the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and Westminster.  We also took all the children on the London Eye and for a cruise down the River Thames.

In June 2016, FOSP donations paid for every child to visit the dramatic Caerphilly Castle in Wales as part of our whole school topic on Castles!
